broccoli cheese omlette

Ingredients
3 egg whites2 cups broccoli ( i use frozen and steam in microwave before i add to omlette)1/2 cup low fat or fat free cheddar cheese shredded1 Tbsp skim milk2sec spay of cooking sprayseasonings to taste
Directions
blend egg whites, milk, and seasonings together. heat and spray a small frying pan and gently swish eggs to cover the pan. add cheese and broccoli, make sure everything is melted, add to plate and enjoy
