Crock Pot Roasted Chicken

1 Whole Chicken4 oz. Chicken Broth2 oz. Spiced Apple Cider or Apple Juice (you can use sweetened or unsweetened)1 tsp. Onion Powder1 tsp. Rosemary1 tsp. Marjoram1 tsp. Garlic Powder
This is beyond easy. First, clean the chicken thoroughly. Place in crock pot and add the broth and juice/cider. Just sprinkle the herbs over the chicken and set the timer!
You can do this with either a frozen or thawed chicken. For frozen I cooked on medium half the time and low the other half for roughly 6 hours. For thawed I cooked on low for 4 1/2 hours or so.
This will yield roughly 4 breast servings, the 2 legs, and then thigh and wing meat. It depends on how large your chicken is but with a 4 lb chicken I had enough for 3 meals for two people.
