2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 4oz white corn tortilla chips, 1 cup of your favorite canned salsa, 1 cup shredded low-fat colby-jack cheese
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
While the oven is heating crush up the tortilla chip untill they are like bread crumbs
Coat the chicken breasts in the tortilla chips
Pour the salsa in the bottom of your favorite baking dish
Place the chicken on top of the salsa
Cover with cheese and cover with foil
Place in oven and cook for 30mins
Remove the foil and palce in the over for 5-7 more mins
ENJOY!
