Portabello Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
Ground (Beef) Chuck 1lbGreat Value Italian Garden Combination Pasta Sauce 260z jar4 Portabello Mushrooms 18oz1 1/3 c. Shreaded Cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
With clean damp rag wipe off portabello mushrooms break off stems & cut into small cubes. Rub olive oil on both sides of portabello mushrooms. Place on baking sheet & into preheated oven. Bake mushrooms for 10min. Brown ground chuck in skillet with mushroom stem cubes. Drain & place back into skillet. Add Pasta Sauce (use your favorite jar brand) & heat on medium until begins to bubble. Spoon meat & sauce onto ripped side of portabello. Add cheese on top & place back into oven until cheese is melted. Makes 4 individual Portabello Pizza's. Let cool slightly & enjoy!

    My sister gave me this basic recipe, and we have had it several times. It's delicious! I'm going to do a "makeover" in order to easily change the recipe based on what I have on hand, adding veggies, etc. Note to recipe seekers: also search "portabella". - 5/23/12
