Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 medium onion, diced1 can chili beans2 cans stewed tomatoes4 cans condensed tomato soup2 can yellow sweet corn1 can green beans1 can green peas1 package McCormick's chili seasoning4 beef bouillon cubes4 cups water
Directions
Brown ground beef and onions; drain and rinse. Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and stir until cubes are dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let simmer one hour or longer.

    Very Good! I really loved how hearty it was and the fact that it had healthy carbs. Maybe I did something wrong, but the flavor was not as strong as I wanted. I might add another half packet of the chilli Sauce mix. Otherwise..it's easy to make a makes a great school lunch - 11/11/08

    This was a good recipe. It is kinda like vegetable soup, but without the the potatoes. We also had a serving of kashi TLC crackers with it. - 11/8/08
