Beer Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients

2 tsp or 1/2 package of yeast2 cups Bread flour3/4 tsp Salt1 Tbl Splenda (or Sugar if you prefer)1 Tbl Butter or margarine1 cup Warm Beer (I used lite beer)
Add all of the ingredients except for the flour and yeast in first. Then top those ingredients with the bread flour. Then add the yeast on top of that. Select the dough setting on your bread machine.
When it is done, divide the dough into mini loaf pans (generally 3 will work). Let the dough rise again, about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and bake the bread for 15 minutes or until the bread is to your desired brownness on top.
Makes 6 servings, about 1/2 mini loaf.
