Barbecued Chicken

1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 c brown sugar2 T mustard1 1/2 tsp chili powder1 tsp worcestershire suace1 large clove garlic, minced1 (13 1/4) oz bottle ketchup8 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast
Combine all ingredients, but chicken, in saucepan; stir well.
Bring to boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Grill chicken over medium heat. Baste chicken occasionally with sauce until chicken is done.
