Beef and Pork Chop Suey

Ingredients
3 pounds beef roast, bite sized pieces2 pounds pork roast, bite sized pieces4 tbsp lite soy sauce3 tbsp molasses (or to taste)1 small onion, diced2-3 stalk celery, diced1 can bean sprouts (or fresh)1 can La Choy Chop Suey Veggies.25 cup cornstarch
Directions
Chop the meat and place in large kettle with soy sauce, molasses, onion, celery, and a little water. Bring to boil and simmer at least an hour or until meat is tender. Add veggies and cornstarch and simmer 15 minutes more to blend flavors and heat through.

Amounts of molasses and soy sauce can be adjusted for taste.
