Slow Cooker Chili (1 cup serving)

1 pounds 93% ground beef1 cup chopped onion3/4 cup chopped green pepper1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil1 - 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes1 - 40 ounce can dark red kidney beans (drained)chili powder (to taste)1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Heat olive oil in skillet. Brown onions and green peppers until soft. Add ground beef. When fully browned, drain and throw in crockpot. Add kidney beans, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, brown sugar and chili powder. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Optional:
Garnish with chopped raw onions, fat free sour cream and fat free shredded cheddar.
