Great recipe! I find that the tuna patties need more like 2-3 minutes per side, depending on how browned you like them. 5 minutes turned them black, which my boyfriend liked, but I don't. - 9/9/13

I found this recipe on AllRecipes (submitted by Michelle) over a year ago. I thought recipes on SparkRecipes were supposed to be original...not found in a cookbook or website.

As for the recipe itself, I'd give it 5 stars. It is different from the usual tuna patty and has a kick. - 7/10/09

Very good - patties have a nice flavor. Made into 8 patties and fried with 1 tbsp. olive oil (Weight Watchers 6 points/2 patties). - 1/20/09

Very easy to compile and cook. I did not have teriyaki sauce so I added hoisin and it was a nice sweetener. Overall with the canned tuna and the soy sauce, it is fairly salty but still easy and tasty, Good recipe to make ahead and portable for lunch the next day. - 4/3/07
