super tasty skinny squash

Ingredients
3 Medium sized yellow crooked neck squash, about enough to make 4 cups1/2 very small onion sliced uber thinpinch of parsley1/2 tsp dill weed1 cup water
Directions
Slice squash into 1/2 inch ringd and cut the larger circles in half to make half-moons
put in a microwavable cassarole dish with lid.
Sprinkle onion, parsley and dill over top and add water.
Cover and microwave, stopping 1/2 way through to stir. Cook till tender crisp and leave the lid on to steam till ready to serve.
Goes great with fish!
And you won't even miss the butter and salt most people use which actually destroys the natural good flavor!
