Exotic Herved Orzo

Ingredients
1 tsp soft margarine1 onion, finely chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 c. orzo2 1/2 c. chicken stock1 tsp dried basilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Melt margarine in skillet and add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until softened. Add orzo and cook, stirring untl pasta is lightly browned. Add the stock and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat for about 10 min. Drain any excess broth and stir in basil. Season with salt and pepper.
