Ingredients
1/3 cup oatmeal1/2 tbsp flax seed2 tbsp slivered almonds1 tbsp honey1/4 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)1/2 cup soy milkoptional (1/2 banana)
Directions
Makes 1 Serving:

This takes 5 minutes to prepare on the stove top. Bring 2/3 cup of water to light boil; add 1/3 cup oatmeal and .5 tbsp of flax seed; one minute before end of cooking add blueberries (they will thaw immediately), add honey and serve with 1/2 cup of your favorite soy milk; optional: add 1/2 banana slices
