Great Protein Oatmeal for Breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 cup of 1 minute oats1/2 cup of Soy Milk (preferably unsweetened)3 Dates (un-pitted and chopped)2.5 tbsp of Peanut Butter (preferably unsweetened)
Directions
- either blend the peanut butter, soy milk and dates in blender
OR
- heat soy milk over stove for about 1 min, then melt peanut butter in soy milk.
- add chopped dates
- add oatmeal and simmer to your liking.
- you can substitute the dates with 1 or 2 tbsp of Splenda
