3 egg whites1/4 cup red peppers1/4 cup green peppers1/4 cup red or yellow onions1 tbsp salsa
Directions
Saute the vegetables in a frying pan with little non stick, low fat spray. Add the egg whites and cook fluffy. Garnish with Salsa for taste .
