Thank you so much for your comment-- you can also add a half cup of celery for even more crunch and even some dried cranberries. My grandmother use to make this for picnics and I always loved it.

Thank you so much. My grandmother use to make this and I always loved it. You can also add celery ( which I left off the original recipe ) for a little more crunch and I sometimes add a little dried cranberry.
