Lean Chicken Burger

500g Ground Chicken2 1/2 tsp oregano1 Green Pepper1 Onion1 tspn chopped red chilli5 Wholemeal bread rolllettuce leaves5 tspn dijon mustard15 tsp grated reduced fat cheddar cheeseSalad with no oil dressing
Combine mince and oregano and form into a patty
Coat a non stick frypan with cooking spray & heat
Cook Green pepper and onion until soft
Add Chilli then remove from pan and keep warm
Add patty to pan
cook for 2-3 minutes each side
Fill roll with lettuce Burger, mustard, onion mix and cheese.
Serve with wedges and Salad
