Ingredients
Tomatoes, Garlic, Olive Oil (optional), Black Pepper, Salt. Very low calorie but tasty and nutritional.
Directions
Preheat Oven at 425 C. Take the 4 cloves of garlic peel them and cut them to make 7 pieces. make a hole at the top of each tomato and shove a piece of garlic in each. Place it in the oven for 20 minutes. Take them out and pulverize everything. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Add a dash of olive oil if you must.

Makes one serving for me however it can be considered two servings. I usually eat it with Sada roti or paratha roti for breakfast.
