Chicken, potatoes, and carrots

Ingredients
4 4oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts4 medium potatoes, skins on2 cups chopped or baby carrots3 T olive oil
Directions
Cut chicken into 1" pieces and put into 13x9 baking dish. Scrub and cut potatoes into 1" pieces and add to pan. Peel and cut carrots into 1" pieces and add to pan. Add olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with seasoned salt or herbs. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
