Ingredients
1 c. carrot sticks1 c. celery sticks3 c. bell peppers ( red, green, yellow)1c. cauliflower1c. broccoli1c. grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)1c. mushrooms1c. green onions
Directions
Wash and dry all ingrediants. Cut into appropriate size pieces for finger food.
Arrange on serving platter, or keep in fridge in stoarage bags.

    I love serving fresh veggies at every dinner. My family prefers them over most cooked veggies. I don't worry about exact amounts and I have other favorites like snow peas, raw green beans, radishes, zucchini, etc, but they are all so good for us and a great replacement for fries, chips, and so on. - 6/4/11
