Creamy Broccoli Cheese Soup

1 Tsp Light Butter1/2 Cup Chopped Onion3 Cups Chicken Broth3 Cups Finely Chopped Broccoli1/4 Cup Flour1/2 Cup Fat Free Half and Half2 oz Shredded 2% Sharp Chedder
Saute onions with butter in a cooking spray coated large sauce pan. Add broth and broccoli, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 min. In the mean time, combine half and half and flour in a small bowl until smooth. Slowly stir half and half mixture into the soup and bring to boil and cook 2 min or until thick. Add cheese and stir until blended. Enjoy hot. 3 WW points per serving. Each serving is approximately 1 1/3 cup of soup.
