Guacamole

Ingredients
1 half red onion finely chopped4 avacados1 small jar roasted red bell peppers2 fresh jalepeno peppers with/without seeds3 oz. apple cider vinegar3 oz. ranch dressing regular or lite1 lemon juiced1 oz. Tabasco8 oz. Romano or Asiago cheese shredded8 slices baconFresh cilantro to taste2 cloves of minced garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mash together with potato masher. Cover and serve later or eat right away. Any kind of dipper will work.
