Ingredients
4 oz barilla plus angel hair1 large shallot or green onion1.5 cups shredded carrot1 red pepper julienne1/3 cup basil leaves1/3 cup mint1 T cilantrodressing:1/4 cup rice venegar1 t splenda1 T walnut or Canolaoil1/2 t sesame oil1 t minced garlic.5 t chili flakes.5 t lime zest 1 t lime juice.5 t low sodium soy
Directions
cook noodles drain and cool
combine with carrots red pepper shallot, basil mint, & cilantro
combine all dressing ingredients then toss with noddles
serves 6 (3/4 cup)
