Foil-Pack Chicken & Mushroom Dinner

Ingredients
1 box Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix1 cup water4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx 1 lb), 1/2" thick4 slices deli black forest ham1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup frozen peas1/4 cup Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F

Mix stuffing and water. Evenly divide onto 4 large separate sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top with peas, mushrooms, 1 piece of chicken and 1 slice of ham. Drizzle 1 tbsp of dressing on each.

Bring up foil sides, double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place packets single layer on a baking pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove packets from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Cut slits in foil with a sharp knife to release steam before opening.
