Ingredients
Chow Mein Crunch noodleesDIced bell peppersGreen Onions (chives)Lettuce 2 cupsAnnies Shitake & Seaseme Dressing 2 TBSPManderine Oranges - Delmonte no sugar added.Grilled Chicken 2.5 ounces Brown Rice (1/3 Cup).75 ounces of Chedder Cheese light. Shredded.
Directions
Cook your chicken breast or tenders in your Forman Grill should take about 10 minutes lightly seasoned to your tasted. Cook instant brown rice mix.

Shred about 2 cups of iceburg lettuce, chop bell peppers, chives/green onions.

Arrange as follows:

Lettuces, chives, peppers, cheese, rice, chicken, chow mein crunchy noodles & then the oranges!!

Salad dressing in a small bowl mix the liquid from the manderine oranges. 2 tablespoons of the Annies Shitake dressing and shake it pour over salad.
