Corn Bread Souffle

Ingredients
1 stick butter1 egg medium-large1 can cream style corn8 oz. light sour cream1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
Directions
Melt butter, mix all ingredients by hand.

Spray an 8 X 8 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture in. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
