Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
1 C Water1/2 C Sugar2/3 C Unsweetened Cocoa1/4 t Salt1 t Vanilla
Directions
Whisk water and sugar together and bring to boil. Add cocoa and salt. Keep whisking and simmer for about 3 minutes until syrup is slightly thickened.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Makes about 1.5 cups. Store in the refrigerator.
