Angel Hair with Rockin' Red Clam Sauce

Ingredients
Salt1 1/2 tbsp chopped onion1 tsp minced garlic3.5 oz baby clams, drained1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp olive oilPinch of red pepper flakes1 pckg Shirataki noodles1 to 2 txp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Lightly spray a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray and set over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes, or until almost tender (do not brown). Add the clams. Increase the heat to medium high. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until excess liquid is completely evaporated. Reduce heat to low. Add the tomatoes, oregano, and oil. Season with red pepper flakes.
Drain noodles and pat dry. Microwave for 30 seconds, and drain excess liquid. Pat dry again. Cut into more manageable pieces. Place finished noodles in a bowl and add sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve and enjoy.
