Mel's Beef stew (crockpot recipe)

Ingredients
2.66 pounds of beef (precut stew beef makes it easier)3 T of cornstarch3 medium and 3 small potatoes6 oz of carrotssalt and pepperany other seasonings you prefer
Directions
Place beef chunks into crockpot
fill about halfway with water
stir in seasonings
allow to cook about 10 hours
peel and cut potatoes into chunks
stir into crockpot
cut carrots into chunks
stir into crockpot
allow to cook for about 5 more hours
(you can add cornstarch or water to acheive desired thickness)

Makes 15 1-cup servings
