One box of stove top stuffing (not cooked)2lbs of ground meat (lean) or mix half/half with ground turkey1/2 cup water1/4 spaghetti sauceOne bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the stuffing mix, with the meat. Add water, sauce, any spices you may like. Mix it all together. Put into ungreased muffin pan, make all 12 of them into a good shape. If you use 2lbs of meat, then the meat muffins will protude out, so shape good. Then bake 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle some cheese on top of each loaf. Bake in again for 5- 10 minutes, or till done. I like to sprinkle more cheese on them when I put them on the kids plates.
