Ingredients
800 grams cabbage2 medium onins, choppedhalf a cup of red pepper, chopped 2 cups of turnip, cubed5 tbsp olive oilhalf cup tomato paste1.5 cup cooked black beans1 tbsp cumin powder1 tbsp coriander powder1 tbsp tumeric powderwater to cover.
Directions
cook the onions in oil for about 5 minutes. Add the spices and cook for 1 minute. Add the other ingredient except for the beans, one at a time, for 5 minutes each. Add water to cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add the beans at the end.
