Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions
Assemble all ingredients.
Spread in pie plate and cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or chunks of bread.
