Sunflower seed milk

Ingredients
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled (remove)Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Dates, 1 date (remove)
Directions
Blend sunflower seeds with water.
Strain if needed.
Return milk to blender after rinsing the blender.
This time add vanilla bean and dates for sweetness.
Strain again and enjoy.
