Vanilla Mung Bean Pudding

Mung Beans, 2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Tea, brewed, 8 fl oz (i like liptons vanilla tea-- it adds flavor or any other flavored tea works well) Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)Maca, 1 serving (Great for energy! Find it at your local health food store) can be omitted. *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp *Smucker's - No Sugar Added - Orange Spread, 1 tbsp
1. Put all ingrendients in a pot (except apple)
2. Bring to a boil
3. Add the apple diced in cubes
3. Cook until the beans have turned into a puree.
4. Portion into serving cups -- makes 3 generous one cup servings or 6 1/2 cup servings
Serve with Maple Syrup or Honey Drizzled on top
