Mashed Potatoes with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
3lbs potatoes (I like Yukon Golds)2 Tbsp olive oil8 oz Feta Cheese1/3 cup Dari-Free Milk
Directions
Scrub the potatoes and chop into small pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and boil until tender. Drain.

Add the oil, DariFree Milk and cheese to pot and mash with a masher. Should make roughly 8 1 cup portions.
