Ingredients
8- 4oz tilapia filets1/2 cup reduced fat mayo1/2 cup parmesean cheese2 tbsp lemon juice15-20 crushed reduced fat ritz crackers
Directions
layer filet in 13 x9 pan
mix cheese, lemon juice and mayo spoon mixture evenly over filets
top with crushed crackers
bake 350 10-15min
makes 8 servings
