Banana Bread

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Sugar1/2 cup Butter or margarine2 eggs1 cup (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas1/3 Cup milk1 tsp. vanilla2 cups all purpose flour1/2 cup chopped nuts (if desired)1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350 deg. Grease bottom only of 9x5 loaf pan. In large bowl cream sugar and margerine until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, blend in bananas, milk, and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine flour nuts baking soda and saltg, mix we.. Add to cfreamed mixture,stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then remove. Cool completely on wire rack.
