War Eagle Mill Organic Corn Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. corn flour, 1 c. all purpose flour, 1 teas. salt, 2 teas. baking powder, 1 c. milk, 1 egg, 1 T. canola oil and 1 teas. Splenda
Directions
In medium size bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Mix in liquid ingredients, Stir until blended. Drop by Tablespoon onto a oiled griddle. Cook on low to medium heat, Flip twice.
