White Sandwich bread

3.5 cups of white bread flour2 tbsp Olive Oil or melted butter3 tbsp honey1 cup of whole milk1/3 cup of wateryeast1 tsp salt
mix flour and salt in standing mixer or bowl.
mix water (lukewarm) with milk, olive oil, honey and yeast in separate bowl
Add to flour.
Knead in standing mixer with dough hook for 10 minutes or so. You can also knead by hand. Avoid adding too much flour during the kneading process.
let rise covered in warm oven for about an hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down, shape into loaf, and place in greased/floured loaf pan.
Cover and let rise for about an hour or until above the loaf pan about an inch.
bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Bread is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 190.
