Dairy and Soy Free ANZAC biscuits

Ingredients

125 grams unsalted butter1 cup rolled oats1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup dessicated coconut1 cup plain flour1/2 tsp baking soda2 tablespoons golden syrup (molassas can probably be substituted)1 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 175C.
Mix dry ingredients.
Melt butter and mix in water and golden syrup, add to dry mixture. Blend well, roll into 1" diameter balls and place on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 175C. Cool before serving.
Makes 24 cookies.
