Carrot Cake

Ingredients
Ingredients: Egg, fresh, 3 large Brown Sugar, .8 cup, packed)*Canola Oil, .5 cup )*Flour, white, 1.5 cup )Baking Soda, 1 tsp )Baking Powder, 1 tsp )Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp )Raisins, .75 cup, packed )Carrots, raw, 2.1 cup, grated
Directions
Mix on high eggs and sugar
Add oil
Add all dry ingredients
Stir in raisins
Stir in carrots

In a bundt pan bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes until tester comes out dry.
