1 T olive oil2 garlic gloves, minced1 can cannellini beans (15 oz.), drained1/2 tomato, chopped1 t balsamic vinegar1 T basil
Heat oil in medium saucepan. Saute garlic.
In a bowl mix beans with basil, balsamic vinegar, & tomato.
Stir into pan. Heat for apprx. 5 minutes until heated through.
