Crock Pot Chicken Spagetti

Ingredients
1 - 48 oz bag frozen chicken breast (boiled and chopped)2 jars Ragu Light tomato & basil spagetti sauce1 - package ronzoni healthy harvest whole wheat pasta1 1/2 cup chopped bell pepperonion (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except noodles) in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Boil noodles according to package directions and serve. Nutritional info based on 10 - 1 cup servings of sauce and 1/2 cup of pasta.
