Chicken Vegetable and White Wine Soup

Ingredients
2lb Chicken Breasts1 medium onion, chopped3 celery stalks2 lg zucchini, sliced8 oz sliced mushrooms3 lg carrots, peeled and sliced1 c frozen peas1 c frozen green beansFresh Baby spinach, chopped10 cup chicken broth1/2 bottle white wineOregano (1 tsp)Paprika (.5 tsp)Small Pasta Shells
Directions
Cook chicken breasts in boiling broth until done. Prepare all vegetables. Take out chicken and replace with all vegetables except spinach. Add wine and seasonings, shred chicken and add as well. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 - 15 min. Turn the heat down to low and simmer, covered, for about 25 - 30 min. Add the spinach and pasta once soup is almost done. Serves 8-10.
