Burgundy Angel Chicken

Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil2 Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless1 jar Bertolli Marinara with Burgundy Wine8oz uncooked Barilla Plus Angel Hair pasta1/2 cup frozen spinachGrated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp oil in sauce pot. Cut up chicken into small 1 inch peices, add to pot, and cook through. Add Marinara sauce and spinach, reduce heat to low. Cook noodles according to package in seperate pot. Rinse and drain the noodles. Toss together sauce and noodles, enjoy with parmesan cheese! Makes about 5 1-1/2 cup servings.

    This recipe was very good, and tasted even better using fresh spinach leaves intead of the frozen.I also tried it with whole wheat pasta, and they did not even know. I added a litte extra wine too! My kids really enjoyed this one too! - 12/8/10
