Quick Cocoa CupCakes

Ingredients
6 tbs cocoa, 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup butter softened, 1 cup cold water
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Sift dry ingredients, add eggs and butter, beat well.

Make into 12 cupcakes. Cook time about 20 minutes.

Add frosting as desired when cool.
