Almond O's Crunch

Ingredients
8 c. Oat O's, organic or generic or brand name1 c. slivered almonds, chopped into coarse meal1/4 c. honey2 T. unsalted butter
Directions
Heat oven to 375 F
Spread O's in baking pan in single layer.
Sprinkle chopped almonds over cereal evenly.
Drizzle honey evenly over all.
Cut butter into 8 even pieces and dot over mixture evenly.
Put pan in oven to toast.
Check occasionally to make sure it does not over-cook and stir and spread once or twice to ensure even toasting.
Cool to handling temp and serve after stirring once more. It sometimes makes lovely little clumps. Can be eaten by hand or as a breakfast treat cereal.
