Choc chip and Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Bran muffin mix ( half pkg ) as for 12 muffinsBanana5 tbsp Hershey's mini choc chips1 1/3 cup water1 egg - slightly beaten ( note if you want an egg free version: substitute 1 tbsp ground flax and 3 tbsp water instead of the egg and change nutritional info to suit)
Directions
Preheat oven as directed on pkg , mine says 200 C / 400F
Mix Bran muffin mix( half the pkg to make 12 muffins) , egg, water and banana ( mashed) , stir in Choc chips.
Spray paper muffin cups, divide mix evenly
Bake 18 - 20 min or as directed on your muffin mix pkg.cool on baking rack , store in airtight container once totally cool! Or freeze them.
