Sweet and Sour Pork

*Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)*Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits, 1.5 cup (remove)Catsup, .25 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)Cider Vinegar, .25 cup (remove)Cornstarch, 7 grams (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Yellow Mustard, .25 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
1. place tenderloin in roasting pan.
2. in microwave safe bowl - mix pineapple tidbits & juice, catsxup, brown sugar, veingar, cornstarch,garlic, mustard or mustard powder, ginger.
3. Put sauce in microwave for 60 seconds then pour over pork.
4. Put in oven at 350 until done (about 30min)

I made this tonight but used more pineapple and used salsa instead of the ketchup and garlic. I used raw pork chops. My husband tried it and said it was pretty good too. I'll make it again. - 11/6/08

My quick apology on one thing in the recipe - the mustard is supposed to be DRY mustard but I couldn't seem to add it so I -put mustard.
