Potato pattis

Ingredients
8 medium sized potatoes,boiled and mashed,salt 1 tsp,red chilli powder 1 tsp,chopped coriander leaves a handful
Directions
to make 10 pieces.
Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add salt, chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Place a flat pan on the stove with medium heat. Spread oil on the pan . Make small rounds with the potatoes, and press them to a flat shape and put it on the pan. Leave it for 10 minutes or till it becomes brown in color and then turn it over and leave it for 5 more minutes. Remove from the pan and serve hot with ketchup.
